1. scope
1.1. the Terms and Conditions are valid for all deliveries of PAULUSCHKAA to customers.
1.2. a customer is each person who concludes a legal business contract

5. conclusion of contract and language
5.1. the presentation of products in our online shop is
5.2. by placing an order and confirming your order by pressing the „buy now“ button you are entering a legally binding sales contract on the items listed on your order page.
5.3. you have multiple options to change, add and remove items in your cart before placing the final order. You are not obliged to process with your transaction as long as your final order was not placed.
5.4. you will receive a confirmation email after your order by PAULUSCHKAA. This email includes information on all details of your order such as quantity of items, detailed info on your items and payment method. Your order confirmation equals the purchase contract.
5.5 The contracts in our online shop can be concluded in either German or English.
6. Pricing, shipping info, custom duties, fees/payment
6.1. all prices as seen on product pages are final.
6.2. shipping fees are final as seen at the checkout. those fees are set and are the same for all orders, independently of size and weight of the packages.
6.3. shipping fees are clearly visible and communicated at checkout and your shopping bag.
6.4. we are not responsible for additional fees/taxes etc that might be raised on orders outside of Germany. in such a case please contact your local authorities.
6.5. we offer payment by credit card and PayPal.
7. terms of delivery and duration
7.1. Delivery takes place via a shipping company.
7.2.delivery in Germany takes up to 5 days starting the following day after your order was placed.
7.3. delivery for countries in the EU takes up to 7 days starting the following day after your order was placed.
7.4. for all other countries please find more info via DHL as we are not able to give further details about duration and therefore aren’t responsible in case of delays etc.
7.5. as soon as your order is dispatched to the shipping company we will provide detailed information to you such as tracking.
8. returns
8.1. you are able to return items during the first 7 days of receiving your order.
8.2. we are not covering return shipping costs and therefore you are obliged to pay any costs that might apply in a case of return.
8.3. if you want to return an item please send an email to: help@pauluschkaa.de mentioning the reason and adding details such as your Name, order number and description of item. We will provide all further information for your return in an email.
8.4. returns are only accepted if the item is unworn, undamaged and intact with label, tags etc in its original form. if the ordered items show any signs usage, damage etc we will not be able to refund the full amount and may have to claim compensation.
9. retention of title
9.1.Until full payment is made the goods remain our property.
10. color
10.01. All colors as seen on the photos might differ from the original piece.
11. warranty
11.1. The statutory warranty provisions are valid.
12. applicable law, jurisdiction
12.1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany will apply to all legal relationships between the parties, excluding the international laws on the sale of goods. For consumers this choice of law is only valid insofar as the applicable law of the state in which the consumer has his or her residence is not revoked.
12.2. If the customer is a merchant, a legal person subject to public law, someone with assets regulated by public law, Munich is the single place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual
